Welcome Leah Neal
PAH Management is pleased to announce Leah Neal as our new Corporate HR Manager beginning Monday, September 24, 2018.
Leah is an accomplished human resource professional with eight years of leadership experience. Leah is experienced in full-cycle recruiting as well as managing employees and handling all general human resource functions. She has managed over 600 contracted employees with responsibilities in onboarding, benefits, training, counseling, and investigations. She recently earned SHRM-CP designation, with goals to pursue senior certification status within the next two years.
Most recently, Leah was an Operations Manager with Burnett/Choice Specialists where she negotiated terms and contracts for new client business. Handled all employee coaching, counseling and investigations also was responsible for dissatisfied client escalations.
Prior to Burnett/Choice Specialists she was a Senior Staffing Manager with Alcon Laboratories where she trained new hires on policies and procedures to meet FDA standards and regulations for a medical facility, interviewed and hired upwards of 40 employees per week. While in this position she led a round table discussions with employees to gain insight into engagement and increase workplace satisfaction.
