Welcome Greg Eilmann

We are pleased to announce that Greg Eilmann has joined Phoenix American Hospitality as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management! Mr. Eilmann has over twenty years of consulting and asset management experience and seven years of operations experience in the hospitality industry, and we are thrilled to add him to our team!

Prior to joining PAH, he was Vice President of Feasibility and Planning at Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the nation’s largest third-party hotel management companies. At Aimbridge his team was responsible for underwriting potential acquisitions and new build hotels, with the goal of maximizing investment returns for ownership. These assets consisted of both full-service and select-service hotels across all of the major brands and well as independent boutique properties.

Before joining Aimbridge Hospitality, Mr. Eilmann worked in both the Houston and Los Angeles offices of PKF Consulting USA / CBRE Hotels, most recently as a Vice President of Consulting in Los Angeles, California. In his role at PKF, he performed appraisals and market studies in addition to a wide-range of operational consulting assignments.

During his career, he has provided asset management, investment, development and market feasibility expertise in most all segments of the hospitality real estate industries, with areas of specialization and relevant experience including (among many others): Impac t analysis of new hotel supply and brand changes on financial/operational performances of existing competitive market hotels Projections of operating revenues and expenses for hotel, resort and restaurant projects Operational reviews leading to functional/procedural improvements for full-service hotels Mr. Eilmann earned his Master of Hospitality Management degree from the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston and his BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University.
