Nick Ingram
Business Analyst
Nick Ingram joined PAH in 2021 after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in finance. Nick’s role places him in a support function of all departments including operations, finance, accounting, project management and investor relations. Nick also assists in strategic and business development activities by sourcing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities daily.
He has completed internships with brokerage and development firms in Dallas, enhancing his knowledge and passion for commercial real estate. He holds a Real Estate license in the state of Texas, as well as other certificates in business analytics and real estate financial modeling.
