SENIOR CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF REVENUE STRATEGY
Starting his career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Mr. Jusufovic has spent the last nineteen years managing large convention hotel teams to record breaking successes. His approach centered on strategic planning, training, product and project management, and system engineering strategies has helped propel his career through both Hyatt and Starwood Hotel brands. Most recently Mr. Jusufovic held the position of Director of Operations and Revenue Strategy at Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, a 763 room property with 96,000 square feet of meeting space in downtown Atlanta. By identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, and developing innovative and cost effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, he was able to not only surpass revenue generation targets, but drive record breaking increase in ADR and NOI, all while taking market share from the competitive set and surpassing RevPar index targets. Utilizing hisleadership and public relations skills, building rapport with key clients and stakeholders, Mr. Jusufovic helped maximize ownership returns, culminating in a very successful sale of the hotel asset.
